Like the TxF 150 DTF Printer the 300 has so many amazing features, but includes dual printheads increasing the production speed significantly.  Ink circulation is something that is essential for DTF printers and it continuously circulates keeping your print high quality. Along with that the TxF 300 offers three intelligent heaters that spread the ink on the film more evenly for blur-free images. Two of the greatest advantages of these unit is the NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and the NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), both of these automatic systems checks and detects for clogged nozzles and performs cleaning to try and recover the nozzles or will substitute defective nozzles with working ones to ensure constant image quality and uninterrupted production.

• Nozzle Check Unit (NCU): Automatically checks and detects clogged nozzles and starts cleaning function to recover them.
• Nozzle Recovery System (NRS): When Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) cannot recover clogged nozzle by cleaning function, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones to ensure constant image quality and uninterrupted production.
• OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT Certification: PHT50 thermal pigment inks are OEKO-TEX® certified. Ensuring the inks are free from any chemicals that could be harmful to human health. PHT50 inks are suitable to print skin-friendly clothing and other textiles for end users.
