The All-Clad Stainless Steel Deep Saute Pan w/ Lid is deeper than the traditional saute pan so that you can cook more of your favorite foods at the same time! Its tall sides and large surface area prevent spilling or splattering. Uses for this saute pan are virtually limitless. Brown, saute, pan-fry sear or saute a wide assortment of foods--meats, eggs, veggies and more! The pan's long stick handle and rolled edge work together to make pouring easy. As part of the stainless steel line, this pan is made using three layers of bonded metals. Stainless steel surrounds the aluminum core and provides even heat distribution while protecting food's flavor. The 18/10 stainless steel interior will never react with foods. All-Clad's Stainless Cookware collection features a 3 layer system. The core layer consists of aluminum for superior heat distribution, while the magnetic steel exterior makes these pieces ideal for induction or any other type of cooktop. The innermost surface utilizes a sunburst design for enhanced non-stick qualities.

Care

  • Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
