Our embroidery files come in an archived zip format. You can open the archive and access the embroidery files by simply double-clicking the zip file (like entering a folder).
For Mac users, double-clicking the zip file will automatically unzip the files.
If you are a PC user, double-clicking the zip file will open a new window which means you are inside the archive. If you want the files to be unzipped, you need to right-click and select the option "extract".

All our work is designed and digitized by us, meaning this is our original work, copyright protected.

Digitizers, please do not trace our work, this is designed by in house Kraftygraphy graphic designers, not traced from somewhere else and digitized. This means you are not allowed to trace/digitize our designs as this is copyright infringement. You are free to inspire but not to copy our designs.
