• Wireless and Wired - An excellent solution for multitasking. You can connect the K8 Pro with up to 3 devices wirelessly via its stable Broadcom Bluetooth 5.1 for seamless multitasking across your laptop, phone, and tablet. Switch among them swiftly, and it’s fully compatible with both Mac and Windows. A reliable USB Type-C wired connection is also available when you need it.
• Upgraded Typing Experience - The K8 Pro has been re-engineered and redesigned from the inside out to upgrade the typing experience. The added sound-absorbing foam, a thick silicone dampening bottom pad, and steel plate provide responsive feedback and a peaceful typing sound, while added weight will enhance the stability..
• Pre-lubed Gateron G Pro Switch - By optimizing the switch mold, the G Pro switch wobbles less than a standard mechanical switch and feels smoother on each hit. Plus, the factory pre-lubed process on all the G Pro switches (exclude the clicky ones), no doubt this will ensure the best smoothness at your fingertips when typing. Available in Red (Linear), and Brown (Tactile).
• Silicone Acoustic Pad - The K8 Pro features a silicone pad between the PCB and bottom cases to significantly reduce the sound resonance between the metals and reduce the noise of the impacted metals.
• Hot-Swappable PCB - The K8 hot-swappable PCB allows you to easily swap out switches without disassembly and de-soldering, so you can use your favorite switches or try out new switches without the risk of damaging the keyboard. The PCB supports both 3 pin and 5 pin MX mechanical switches.
• OSA Profile Doble-shot PBT Keycaps - The fully-assembled version of the Keychron K8 Pro comes pre-built with Double Shot PBT keycaps and it includes additional Mac and Windows-specific keycaps. The OSA profile has a similar height to that of the OEM profile and has an SA-like shape. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the type feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.
• Sound Absorbing Foam - The K8 Pro features a sound absorbing form that reduces vibration and drastically improves sound signature.
• Mac OS and Windows Support - Built with the Mac users experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices. It also allows you to save two different layouts in the keyboard, one for each system.
• QMK and VIA Support - With full QMK and VIA support, you can program and remap each key on the keyboard with ease. The open-source firmware means endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, and more.
• Screw-In PCB Stabilizers - Even small part matters for your fingertip feel. The integrated PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers provide a smoother typing experience with less wobbliness on the big keys such as space bar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron K8 Pro also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
