A PROPOS DU FABRICANT

Plus vielle limonaderie de France, c'est avec l'eau de la Fontaine de Fontestorbes que les boissons sont fabriqués ici ! Plus grande source intermittente d'Europe, cette dernière a toujours été réputée pour la pureté de son eau et c’est bien grâce à elle que la limonade artisanale de Fontestorbes est née en 1885. Bélesta comptait alors 3 artisans limonadiers qui se partageaient le marché local, à une époque où les sodas que nous connaissons aujourd’hui n’existaient pas et où la seule boisson gazeuse disponible était la limonade… Aujourd’hui il n’en reste qu’un ! Quand la limonade a menacée de disparaître en 2014, c'est Laurent Michaud qui a voulu reprendre sa fabrication car c'était un produit emblématique du village et de la région qui a su traverser le temps.
