The PrismJET 54 Gen2 Periodic Maintenance Kit is a must-have for every PrismJET 54 Gen2 wide format printer owner. Under normal printing conditions, the maintenance assembly, wiper, and cap top should be replaced annually to consistently produce quality graphics, although busier shops will need to replace these more frequently. The periodic maintenance kit includes all the components needed to maintain a working seal to support the print head, avoiding needless frustration and less than optimal graphics.

Failure to replace these components regularly can eventually lead to problems including incorrect ink cartridge levels, wasted ink, clogged nozzles, and print head failure.
