A very rare guaranteed original U.S. ' revenge ' one sheet movie poster from 1983 for "Return of the Jedi", third film of the original "Star Wars" trilogy.

Written and produced by George Lucas, the film starred the now well known cast of Mark Hamill (as "Luke Skywalker"), Harrison Ford (as "Han Solo"), Carrie Fisher (as "Princess Leia"), Billy Dee Williams (as "Lando Calrissian") and, many others, now household names.

Note that this poster has never been folded and we have included additional photos of the minor blemishes (some foxing in the top left corner and in the bottom margin and also some minor scratching of the high-gloss finish) none of which detract from this brilliant poster. It is in super condition and displays very well.

It's unmissable, that this poster refers to the film as "Revenge of The Jedi". Up until very late in production, that was the working title. Teaser posters were printed, before George Lucas decided that "revenge" was not a Jedi trait. There are many reproductions of this poster circulating. We guarantee that this is an original poster.

This poster, with superb artwork by the legendary Drew Struzan, is a holy-grail for many collectors and this example is in super condition. A talking point poster that will look superb framed and on your wall.
