The health of your BMW injectors can cause a lot of issues including poor gas mileage, hot spots, cool spots, poor atomization, and lower horsepower. Most people think that injectors never go bad, but depending on the age, the gasoline in your area, or how you drive your BMW, they can be affected greatly. The good thing is, modern-day injectors are built extremely well and can be brought back to life. We are now offering 2 levels of fuel injector testing for your BMW.

These services are for top-feed gasoline fuel injectors only (no diesel, direct injection, or side feed). Make sure your fuel injectors are clean. We will not place dirty or contaminated fuel injectors in our machines.

Basic (Flow Test Only):

• Ohm Test Injector Coil
• Leak Down Test at 100 PSI
• Spray Pattern Analysis
• Static Flow Test At 43.5 PSI for 15 seconds
• Documented Flow Data Sheet

*There is no ultrasonic cleaning or rebuild of parts in this package. This is only to test your injector's current health.

• Replacement of all O-Rings, Filters, Seals, and Pintle Caps
• Leak Down Test at 100 PSI

 *We do not modify the internal components of the injectors to make them flow higher. If an injector fails the OHM or leak down test, the internal components are no longer good, and we encourage you to replace your injector.

Leak Down Test - Find leaks at the pintle cap from a weak seal inside

Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning - Multi stage cleaning process to remove carbon deposits that typically cause sticky injectors or poor spray patterns

Spray Pattern Analysis - Verify proper atomization of injectors

Static Flow Test - Verify balance of flow rates between all injectors

Lubrication of Internal Components - Preserves injector for proper working condition
