This All-Clad Stainless Steel Sauté Pan w/ Domed Lid features the tall straight sides and large surface area typical of All-Clad's sauté pans, but also includes a uniquely shaped domed lid. This change in shape makes it possible to use larger ingredients such as an entire chicken or large assortments of vegetables. This lid also helps lock in moisture and flavor. Both lid and pan are constructed of high quality 18/10 stainless steel that won't react with food, keeping your creations true to taste. The All-Clad Stainless Steel line is manufactured using three layers of bonded aluminum and stainless steel for superior heating performance. This pan also has a long stay-cool stick handle you can get a sturdy grip on without hot hands! Dishwasher safe. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA. All-Clad item number 8701004443.

All-Clad's Stainless Cookware collection features a 3 layer system. The core layer consists of aluminum for superior heat distribution, while the magnetic steel exterior makes these pieces ideal for induction or any other type of cooktop. The innermost surface utilizes a sunburst design for enhanced non-stick qualities.

Care

  • Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
