UNINET DTF 6000 Dual Head Printer - Pro Starter Package
The UNINET DTF 6000 direct to film printer features two next-generation printheads, an embedded roll feeder and in-line powder applicator. In comparison to other DTF & DTG systems, the output productivily of the UNINET 6000 is 200%-400% greater. With the durability and reliability of the Epson I3200 engine dual-printhead system, high quality and vibrant, colorful prints are exactly what you get with this amazing machine.
So many features come packed in these amazing units, bluetooth humidity and temperature sensor, strike stopper system to help prevent film strikes. With the internal controllable vacuum suction there has been an increase in the ability to prevent film buckling which also lessens the film striking. Continuous feeding system for the ink tanks as well as white ink circulation motor helps prevent issues that come with ink sitting in the lines.
The UNINET DTF 6000 has the latest system boards and electronics for faster communication and printing so that productivity is never compromised. With a roll size of 24 inches and an auto tension system to improve film tension and flow, any level of garment shop with a high volume will see an increase with the speed this unit provides.
Bundled with the UNINET 6000 there is no longer a need to purchase a separate powder shaking unit or heating unit. UNINET has included their Auto Shaker with this unit which automatically applies the transfer powder, runs it through the heater/drying, and rolls on to an automatic take up roll. Limiting the need for users to only run short jobs, you can nest multiple designs/prints together and have them all ready to go to the heat press faster than ever.
